"I have had dealings with these folks since 2020 and they have absolutely THE WORST phone system ever. 23 callers ahead of me? Really?!?! Hire some damn people! I need to get on with my liver cancer procedures and your CT SCAN must be prior to the start. I CAN’T GET THROUGH TO GET IT SCHEDULED!"
"Unbelievable.. Loved one lost their primary doctor (Dr Trang) at this clinic and they were supposed to do a smooth transition to another clinic as per previous doctor order. Pt doctor referred her to a more competent clinic to manage her care and at this point they still can’t get their act together and provide a continuity of care. Pt is supposed to see another provider since September for bone marrow transplant and the knuckle heads at this clinic do not care to make sure a patient gets the right quality care that they need. Since Dr Trang left, the clinic manager and other providers has left his patients to fall apart. Whatever you do, do not take your family or loved one to this irresponsible clinic regardless of the location. We have experienced very poor quality of care no matter which Texas oncology we go to. They do not take care of their vulnerable patients as they should .The only good doctor( Dr Trang) they had just quit working for the clinic. It’s sad how they take advantage of their patients. Don’t say l didn’t warn you."
"The facility is wonderful and so are most of people. Wear a mask and remember to social distance. I teleconference the Doctor today and it was easy and went well. This is one of the innovative procedures they are now doing to help stop the spread of Covid-19."
"My husband is a patient of Dr. Richey. Dr. Richey and Ella, his PA, are very good. I'm concerned that communication and scheduling appointments, labs and tests is very difficult. We're told a test will be scheduled, we wait, finally call and get transfered then must wait again to be called back. Is there a better way to get communication between departments improved. Things just don't get scheduled without several phone calls. We do appreciate Texas Oncology's medical care however, this is a problem."
"The best staff ever! I love my doctor, his NP, and all of the nurses. The infusion staff is truly the best also! They remember you each time you come in, make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for all of your treatment needs."
