"This business was horrible to work with when we sold our home. They told us once we dropped off paperwork that it would be easy and they would handle paperwork that came from the realtor and purchaser. The person we initially worked with stopped communication, then after days of waiting to hear progress- we called them and learned that someone else had taken over our paperwork. That person never contacted us. The company used a wrong address for us in our paperwork that had to be changed, they told us we could do things electronically and then ended up being a very inconvenient mobile notary. This company NEVER called us, NEVER emailed updates, and messed most things up. Thankfully we were able to sell the house but it was an additional 15 DAYS past the contracted date because of all their issues. Go elsewhere."
