"I came in a tiny bit before 2:00 am to go get a syringe for my son’s cat and some candy for my son since his cat got sick and I wanted my kid to feel better. I just got off work from working at the medical center and I was super exhausted but I guess being in an anime black hoodie and sandles counts suspicious looking so the employee decided that they are going to stand there straight looking at me while I pay for my items in the self check out. I get that it is late but there was literally two grown men in the store that were shopping and I felt like I was getting interrogated by the employee just standing directly looking at me. Even asking me what I do for a living? Check me out with my items then. Look to the side somewhere and scope. Walk by and ask me how my day is doing and be friendly? I have worked retail before so I get it but also customer service here. Cmon. Being behind me and directly standing towards me and able to see my numbers even to unlock my phone I am sure is straight up over bearing to me. I have lived here for 8+ years now and I am irked."

"Always have issues with the pharmacy. Today they told my wife in a text that her prescriptions would be filled by 4:30 pm it was almost 9;00 pm when I arrived to pick the prescriptions up and they were still not filled yet. They finally filled them while I had to wait in line for the third time for one pickup. Only reason they have 1 star is because you can not give them 0 stars"

"The store employees are nice, and keep the store in good shape. The pharmacy employees have nasty attitudes. If they say it the medication will take 1hr, it will take 2. And when it was ready, they called my elderly mother, who walks with a cane, wait on the new requests line an additional 20 minutes."

"WHEN I SAW SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS - I JUST HAD TO LEAVE MY REVIEW! This is - MY - CVS store. All the employees are helpful, courteous and available to answer my questions. I never see any of them on their cell or avoiding their duties. My prescriptions are filled quickly and I get a notice when they're ready so I can call to see how much they are and what they're taken for too. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The CVS coupons are the only ones I've ever used any where - they're easy to keep track of and use. Seasonal candy is always on sale the day after the holiday! I think the Manager doesn't have any say in the pricing or the products (Corporate?). I asked for something in the pet food section and found that out. Which is unfortunate since the Manager is very hands on and knows what the customers want. Anyway - I like MY CVS. And their people. I'm loyal because they take care of me. Thanks, Diana"

"Better than expected service when my medications were not going through and insurance companies were no t communicating well. The 1350 kingwood location took care of me better than I hoped for. Thank you to, Chris and Stashia."
