"Update: GB did right by me. They refunded my money. But I will not be so willing in the future to go to anyone other than Renee. Long-time customer. Never again. Too long between appointments with my regular stylist, so made an appointment with a peer stylist. When I got there, they had no record of my appointment. I explained that I had driven an hour to be there. In hindsight, that should have been the omen I needed to turn around and just go home. They found a stylist of equal level who was willing to stay late and cut my hair. I walked in with a shoulder-length, blunt cut bob wanting slight change. Had a picture of a stacked, blunt cut bob ending around chin length in the front. What I went home with: stacked, layered bob with the front not even covering my ear lobes!! About halfway through the cut, I spoke up and asked her just how short she was cutting my hair. She asked to see the picture again, and then realized that she'd screwed up my cut. But by then there's nothing that can be done - you can't glue my hair back on and try again. Upon leaving, when the concierge asked me how things went, I was honest in saying that I was not happy at all and that my hair was more than 4" shorter than what I'd asked for. "Ok, well, that will be $__. How woud you like to pay?""

"GINA was absolutely phenomenal!! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I had a negative experience with a massage in the past that left me in pain for months. This experience changed my whole outlook. I had a swedish massage with hot stones, and it was amazing. She was very thorough, and I left relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend getting on her books before they fill up!"

"We took our daughter in to get her hair done with Lexi. Lexi helped me pick out a cute style that my daughter could sit through. She helped me order the weave needed for her style (I did order the wrong color by mistake). Lexi took her time and interacted very well with my daughter. Desi loves her and considers her a friend. The work looks AMAZING and is very reasonably priced. The salon was very clean, and everyone treated us like family. Great environment. We will always take my daughter to Lexi for our hair needs.
