"Love, love, love this veterinary hospital. They seem to really want to do whats needed only for your pets and don't push unnecessary services. I only gave 4 stars because they take your pet out of the exam room to do anything (shots, nail clippings, etc). That's my only issue."
"Dr. St.Peters is a terrible veterinarian! She avoids answering, or will lie about anything that questions her unprofessional judgement. She worked with a remarkable veterinarian in Georgetown that sold/retired from the business. Unfortunately, for our beloved pets, Dr. St.Peters didn't learn much, if anything at all. She's like most of the veterinarians in Williamson County, Texas. Greedy, unprofessional, and more concerned about portraying a false self image. It's difficult to travel with terrified pets to the vets, but taking the extra time traveling, (If Granger Veterinarian Hospital is more convenient, or closer) will, most likely, work out better for your pet. Dr. St.Peters is on a growing list of apathetic veterinarians. I am still considering filing a complaint with The Texas Veterinarian Medical Review Board in regards to the way she refused follow up treatment for my very sick cat. I had previously filed a complaint against the pet hospital's new owner and one of his veterinarians of the pet hospital Dr. St.Peters had previously worked at in Georgetown, Texas. The previous owner of where Dr. St. Peters had worked, was a fantastic veterinarian! One employee of the previous owner was hired by the new owner as office manager. The place is terrible, now! I mentioned the manager in the complaint to the review board, whom Dr. St.Peters was friends with. She initially saw my cat with a severe bladder infection, but decided that she wouldn't treat my cat further because of something that was none of her business. I called to have a different antibiotic prescribed for my cat, (His bladder infection wasn't healing) and refused to answer any questions in helping my cat. This was 5 days after she took close to a few hundred dollars for her previous misdiagnosis. Then, she lied to me and said the review officer told her not to treat my cat! I called the review board and they said they never said that. 5 days after the first visit and no call, message, or email to go somewhere else! Plus, she agreed that the new owner, vet, and office manager of Castle Rock in Georgetown, continued to make me think that my deceased cat with stage 4 kidney disease, could be healed and live for years if I bought the special food and have dental surgery fro a cat suffering with stage 4 kidney disease! It's a matter of days with stage 4 kidney disease! Greedy vets are overwhelming our communities! Unfortunately, Dr. St. Peters is on that growing list. And please take me off your mailing list, Granger Hospital. I am not interested in your 10% off deals, or bringing any pets to your business."
"I have tried this place 3x and I really don't think that they have the best interest in my Lilly! I took her yesterday for wheezing, coughing, sneezing, and matted eyes and we were basically dismissed. They said she wasn't sick after spending about 5 minutes with her. I know for a fact that she is sick and I will just go back to Dr. Greaff. Her original doctor. I try very hard to be a good dog Mom and I just don't feel like they care about people who don't have deep pockets. I think it's all about the money there."
"Very caring and helpful. They explain the costs and alternatives then let you decide the route of care you want to take. My Lola could sense that they were caring and allowed them to handle her without problems due to their patience. Definitely my go to place for any future care of Lola."
"Very pleased!! The staff was very friendly! The facility was very clean! I really appreciate the way they took the time to talk to me and the really caring way they treated my dog! I'm glad I made the choice to bring my diabetic dog here. I believe she will get the best care at Granger Veterinary!"
