"The store is clean. Pices are hit/miss. Sme are reasoble but, many high tan Walmart & HEB. Pharmacy seems well stocked and usually has prescription MD I'm stock. The entire store staff is friendly. The programmed recoding of help needed on sayvconsmeti aisle, then vitamin aisle, then photo, etc. can get annoying. You know it's a recording because nobody is on the aisl where help is supposedly needed. Also, announcements come too frequently for the volume customers. Not everyone needs help. Maybe this deters shoplifting. The store is a fairly small Walgreens."

"The staff at the pharmacy section were polite, friendly especially at the drive thru she was very courteous and informative about how and what to do when taking the covid19 testing and the results. I misplace the paperwork and they were kind enough to look for my order number and the website over the phone , she was friendly and polite.. I would recommend my family and friends to this location. Please keep up the good/great work Walgreens @ Walzem rd/Eaglecrest"

"I went in to pick up photos. I only waited less than a minute for someone to notice me and come to the counter to help me get my pictures. I was greeted upon entering by 2 staff members. The store is kept clean and everything seemed well stocked. They asked if I had a rewards number and my transaction took less than 2 minutes. All in all, great and speedy customer service."

"Pharmacy staff is unfriendly, not helpful, like they don’t want to be there. I asked about an allergy medication that’s behind the counter, it was 1:26pm they closed up for lunch and walked out. Rude and careless people. They need to close this Walgreens altogether. I’ve never received good customer service here. I gave CVS my business."
