"Doctor and Staff are very friendly. You can see how much they love our family members. Normally the wait time is reasonable, 10 - 15 minutes. Friday, it was about 30-40 minutes before we were seen but were already in a room."

"They were absolutely amazing when my German Shepard puppy was in a crisis. We came home and she was barely responding to us, we had no idea what happened. I called about 5 "animal hospitals" that were not really hospitals but clinics and they couldn't see her. I was desperate and frustrated, she looked almost dead. I called VCA and they told me to take her in right away. We got there and they took straight to the back and started working on her. Turns out she had an infection that they started treatment on immediately. The vet and everyone there were absolutely amazing. 2 weeks later our girl is going strong like nothing happened. I'm so grateful we found VCA."
