"Worst customer service of any pharmacy ever! Inept clerk at the register would be an understatement. Entered my information into her system and then comes back 15 minutes later and informs me she accidentally erased the information she inputted. All I did was schedule an appointment to have a vaccine and here it is 35 minutes after the scheduled appointment and still waiting. There is nobody else here in the pharmacy waiting for anything. If you are smart and read this review, please find another pharmacy."

"I am a regular at this location, as I live less than 5 min from here. However, today, I was in as a courier driver picking up an order already paid for. I stood to the side of counter as I have many times in the past. The gentleman working the line at the time looked disheveled and irritated that none of his coworkers were helping him. After clearing his line, he asked me if I was picking up an order. As he asked 4 more people got in line. When I said I was picking up an order, he told me that I could be helped if I joined the line. Now mind you, the whole point of DoorDash is to avoid lines. Have a driver quickly pick up an already prepared order and get it delivered to you. So, while I waited patiently for him to originally clear his line, I now needed to wait behind the 4 that got in line. He wasn’t wearing a clear name tag but had a license of some sort on with the middle name showing Javier. This has been an unfriendly, unpleasant employee in the past on my own personal visits."

"It doesn’t surprise me that this Walgreens has a 2.2 star rating. The staff has no clue what they’re doing and how to handle customers. Came in with a rolling hard plastic black canister that has banners and signs in it that I’m shipping back that I use for events. I saw that this Walgreens is a “FedEx” drop off location. It had a FedEx return label on it and was within their guidelines including the height, length, width and weight requirements. The manager had to come over because the associate needed help and she told me; “we can’t take it because we only accept boxes” yet their rules and guidelines didn’t say that on their sign. Then we explain there are just signs/banners inside the canister and she says: “well we still don’t know what’s inside” thinking there was something bad inside because it’s in a black canister. None the less, never coming back to this Walgreens and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Terrible customer service. Rude is a complete understatement to describe the cashier. As I was trying to conduct a WU transaction I was told the register had been closed and cash could not be dispensed…. At 8:38pm no cash transactions can take place? Seriously it was just the poor attitude and blank stare that makes the experience worse. Not sure if this lady was a manager or average employee but her attitude was not appropriate and should be given a few classes on treating customers and possibly greeting people with more than a blank stare. Will start moving my business to other pharmacies where people are nicer and not clueless. If the store closes at 9 or 10 then registers should not close 20 minutes prior to closing time. Walgreens do better!"

"I asked for help and was told let me help this customer and I will help you well more than 5 customer's later Francisco the employee who told me he would help me never helped me at all. The manager Marsha said what do you want!!!! I said Please I need some help locating a few thing's. I do drive for a delivery service in which I shop for customer's and for that reason Marsha the manager literally walked off and didn't say a word so I thought she was coming back. Well when I saw her up front checking customer's out. I walked up there to again ask for help again. There was the other employee already checking out people so it isn't like no one was helping them there was Francisco. The manager literally told me she refused to help me BECAUSE I'M NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. Well I was going to buy myself a water when I checked out so I had something to drink. Also I still had to pay for the customers merchandise so I was a paying customer. I have never been so put down, degraded and made to feel less than human. Marsha the manager was RUDE, COLD AND SO MUCH MORE. She treated me like absolute garbage. If I could and it was possible to leave negative stars I would. She is the worst representation of what and how a manager should act and treat people. I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. She needs to learn how to treat fellow human beings. I had to ask several times may I please have the store managers name and phone number. In front of other customer's she just kept repeating call the store. I kept stating that is why I am please asking you for that information. I do not live in this area. She treated me like trash in front of other customer's after I asked at least 5 time's she begrudgingly tossed a card on the counter. I literally stood in the store sobbing because no one would help me and I had a very hard time finding what I needed. Ultimately I couldn't find everything but was able to for the most part get the other thing's I needed to find after almost an hour searching. I was at this store today 5-2-23 and checked out at 5:57 pm."
