"Had to take our Coco in for some medical treatment at about 10 pm on a Saturday due to some serious intestinal issues and a knee issue. Surprisingly, there was no wait and she got seen fairly quickly. They were able to assess her thoroughly and talk through our options for how they would help her. The doctor and staff on call were great. The price of course not so great, but it goes without saying vet care is expensive so this is not their fault. They do give you options if up from payment cannot be made. We decided to skip x-rays caused they are simply too much. She is on the mend slowly and that is what counts. I am just glad there was a 24 HR place such as this we could go to!"
"In one of the scariest moments of my life the wonderful person, trying to respect pronouns and didn’t get a chance to ask them theirs, was absolutely calm and caring when they took my call. They were worry about me and my dog Autumn. When I got there they will friendly and once again so kind to me. This person had like highlighter hair and septum piercing. Absolutely calmed me. The rest of the staff was also kind and respectful. The vet himself had a calm demeanor but also managed to make me laugh and make me feel better about the whole situation. Even though the initial quote was way out of budget for me, they worked with me and still kept the quality of care the same. Absolutely appreciated everyone there."
"We were very pleased with our experience at Angel of Mercy. Our Great Pyrenees was up close and personal with a Porcupine and had Quills in her nose and muzzle. We could not get them out ourselves. We arrived at 11pm and they took her back around 11:50pm. Took about 15 minutes for them to get the Quills out and then the rest of the time was just recovering from being sedated. The staff there was very kind and thorough with us. They were also thoughtful of our budget and did not push what was not necessary. We even had to go back because we found another Quill deep inside her nose and they got it out with no extra charges. We were very grateful that they made this experience as smooth as possible. We would recommend them to anyone and definitely come back if needed."
"Brought my 4m old pup here after he had accidentally jumped out of our (SLOW) moving vehicle. Unfortunately, they were unable to perform the orthopedic surgery, however, the care he received was great. He was given 3 medications for pain relief, as well as an injection there. They were able to refer us to a surgeon, however, we got lucky as they work closely with our vet Great Northwest Animal Hospital and he received the procedure there. Dr. Ridder provided our vet with all the information needed to move forward. I am specifically writing because last night our pup came home from his procedure and was having minor tremors, it was after hours and we didn’t know who to contact, so we called here. The staff here was able to provide professional suggestions that did align with what our Vet eventually said today, but also assured us that what we witnessed wasn’t as alarming as we assumed. I am very grateful for all the a ladies who took care of our baby! 10/10 recommend."
"Very thankful for this vet hospital and the amazing staff! We took a puppy we rescued, she had nausea, vomiting, and within a few hours the vet diagnosed her with tapeworms AND parvovirus. They were very helpful in answering all our questions and even went as far as to help us come up with a treatment plan that we could afford. The time that was taken to help us learn how to treat her at home saved our dogs life. She is now 2 months past her treatments and she is such a sweet and healthy puppy. We cannot express how grateful we are for the help we got at Angel of Mercy!"
