He offered two methods, medication( and over the counter medication) or surgery in detail. I picked medication for Athena, it's because of her age. I think any other Veterinary location would have tried to gouge me to pay a lot of money. But Dr Ruiz did not, he really cares about the animals from what I see and what is best for quality of life."
