"I have used Hooves and Paws for 20 years. They have consistently been kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They address my dogs by name and treat them gently. When giving instructions for meds or after surgery, they are concise and clear. They are easy to contact. After 20 years, they definitely deserve 5 stars for their quality of service."
"H&P has been our vet for 16+ years. Staff is helpful & caring. Appreciate the fact they take care of our animals and do the best for them without overselling anything."
"Why would I go through the trouble of mediation to obtain Rufus if this place was returning my messages? Why did they dump Rufus on August 8th 2023? If I had in no way provided care for Rufus why did their employee come to my door and into my garage about it? This is not an honest or ethical business. #heartless #unethical #bbb"
"Love Hooves & Paws. Been bringing my 3 dogs there for yrs. They take great care of them. Very knowledgeable. I had been going to Banfield before and that was an awful experience. Banfied had diagnosed my dog with a strain. He wasn't getting better so after 2 weeks I took him to Hooves and Paws and right away they knew it wasn't a strain. Unfortunately he had cancer that had spread everywhere. Hooves and Paws knows their stuff and are very compassionate."
"Nice little vet! They seem a bit overwhelmed, but they're trying their best, and they are the only place around that take pretty much any animal you can physically fit through the door. Their computer system seems to need updating, so information gets a bit lost sometimes... but the people care and the prices are good."
