Reviews
"The most worst unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever experienced, pharmacist black lady needs her pharmacist license taken away from her…. She is so rude and disrespectful. I work in the medical field and that is not the way you handle your patients whatsoever."
"This CVS is garbage. I called to speak with a pharmacist. Someone answered after a minute of going through the automation system and then being on hold. She quickly spat out some gibberish that was barely discernible as they'd be with me when they were able, didn't give me any opportunity to even say anything at all, and put the phone call on mute. I've been sitting in absolute silence for over 16 minutes now..."
"I went in to pick up a prescription, and it turned out to be exorbitantly expensive. The pharmacy assistant asked me to wait a minute and went off to look through some thing in that central desk in the middle of the pharmacy and came back with a card in her hand. She rang up something on the cash register, and the price dropped by over a half! They don’t use the same discount cards or discount information for every medication or even for the same medication every time you go in. But it definitely pays to ask if there’s anything they can do about the price when you’re ready to pick up. Sometimes there’s nothing they can do. Sometimes they can do miracles. Also, I had to make a return… I was allergic to the CVS brand, make up remover and needed to get Neutrogena instead. They didn’t bad and eyelash. I volunteered that information but they did not ask me any questions."
"Even though my doctor sent my prescription for a controlled substance (depression medication), CVS hasn't filled the prescription for 6 days now. The pharmacy sent a message to my doctor for them to "prescribe something else." I've been on this medication for over 11 years. You don't just change it because you feel like it."
"I recently had the opportunity to visit CVS Pharmacy in Cross Roads for some random household shopping, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. While I did not utilize their pharmacy or clinic services, I found the store itself to be clean, well-stocked, and overall, a pleasant place to shop. One of the standout features of this CVS location was its cleanliness. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed the tidy aisles and well-maintained displays. It was evident that the staff took pride in ensuring a clean shopping environment. I appreciate such attention to detail, as it enhances the overall shopping experience. Moreover, the store was well-stocked with a wide variety of products. I found everything I needed for my household shopping, from cleaning supplies to personal care items. The shelves were neatly organized, making it easy to locate the products I was looking for. The aisles were also spacious, allowing for smooth navigation throughout the store. Despite not utilizing the pharmacy or clinic services, I observed that they were conveniently located within the store. This layout ensures that customers have easy access to these services while shopping, making it a convenient one-stop destination for various needs. Although I cannot provide a personal review of these services, their presence indicates that CVS Pharmacy in Cross Roads strives to cater to a diverse range of customer requirements. The staff members I encountered during my visit were courteous and helpful. They greeted me with a friendly smile and were readily available to assist if needed. Their professional and attentive demeanor added to the positive experience, making me feel valued as a customer. One aspect that could be improved upon is the checkout process. While it was not overly lengthy, the presence of additional cashiers would have expedited the process during peak hours. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience. In conclusion, my visit to CVS Pharmacy in Cross Roads for random household shopping was a satisfying one. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff provided excellent customer service. Although I did not utilize the pharmacy or clinic services, their presence within the store adds to the convenience factor. I would recommend this CVS location to anyone in the area seeking a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience. Note: Please note that my review is based solely on my personal experience of the store itself and does not reflect any interactions with the pharmacy or clinic services."
