"Cannot speak highly enough about this clinic and all their staff. They are professional, organized, clean, medically adept and up to date, friendly and truly care about their furry charges. They have provided excellent care for both of our large dogs (including a cowardly mastiff) for years and through several standard surgeries. I refuse to take my babies anywhere else!"

"We used to really like the service here, but the past few visits have been horrible. Last time we were given the wrong medication and luckily realized it before giving it to our dog. During that visit we got a quote and scheduled an appointment for our pups neuter. The quote was around 350. The day before the appointment I get a call to go over surgery prep and there is a casual mention that a new quote has been sent via email. Thank goodness I opened the email as the price was now being quoted at 1000. When I called, I was told prices increased at the beginning of the year and there were some add ons I could remove. It felt very deceptive and poor practice to wait until 24 hours before the appointment to send an email about the price increase and not even just tell me over the phone. We will be finding a new vet for our two pups."
