"I saw Mary for a facial. She took her time to figure out what I wanted which was just a nice relaxing facial. I've had a few facials in the past and each time I've received some sort of shoulder or scalp massage along with it. I assumed this was standard. Mary did great work on my skin, but when she put my mask on, she just went and sat at her desk for 10 minutes.
