"My business partner went in to open a bank account and she was treated poorly, unwanted and very unprofessional by Bobby Sanchez. After listening to how bad she was treated and rushed off because it was after the lobby hours with the excuse her system went down, I would hope other people will re-consider opening a bank account with them! if I could give them ZERO stars I would. I will gladly take my business elsewhere where people have better customer service and apricate having a new business client."

"Walking through the doors, the bank feels warm and inviting. Then the staff were also warm, inviting and professional. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them. In recent weeks, Chase Bank has been giving me literal hell. I deposited payroll checks which they put on hold for 15 days without telling me. The receipt I was given said I had money available. A representative told me the receipt doesn't matter. 15 days is too long to wait, but they won't return the checks. I've spoken to 17 different personnel and received 8 different answers. I'm really happy to have found an alternative to Chase Bank at Classic Bank. It felt like they really cared."

"Classic Bank is THE BEST bank I've ever done business with. I don't even live in Liberty Hill anymore, but I still bank here. They know me by name, have good rates, and even go above and beyond with tech support. I'm having issues with Google Pay on my phone at the moment, and they've actually called me back a few times. Wonderful!!"

"Posting this for my wife. Never trust Mark Lehnick in the loan department, he will make you promises and then not fulfill them. Went to buy two trucks for business and was told "Go pick out what you want and have them call me and we will approve". I went and found two vehicles and then he blows the deal by asking for unnecessary paperwork that he told me was not needed. They also discriminate against women owned businesses by telling them they do not do large business loans over $25K then turn around and lend money to male businesses for over $1M as a startup. Totally unethical good old boys group. Will never do business with the loan dept there again and looking at moving all of our accounts somewhere else as they cannot be trusted."
