"Excellent place for those looking for a last minute place to board their animals (espcially when it comes down to the evening hours). Clyde the cat was given his own 2-story suite with a little TV to watch. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to his needs. They provided adorable and thorough updates. Some places are hesitant to bathe cats, but this place was willing and did a great job with that too. I will definitely be using them again if and when I need a place to board Clyde in the Dallas area"

"My pup has been attending Day Care at this facility for a few months. My pup was sent to daycare one day with a bandana and it was misplaced. The manager was willing to re-order his bandana to replace it and did. The staff here goes above and beyond to care for my pup Ryder and gives me updates everytime I pick him up. Another perk is they have cameras now to watch your pets while at daycare which is great! Highly recommend!"

"We just completed our first “stay” for our dog Biggie! Upon walk-in we were greeted by staff with smiles and waves. Drop off was very smooth and they didn’t linger with him letting our kiddos be nervous which I appreciated. They said “okay let’s say goodbye” and went on which made the transition so easy for our littles letting their dog go to “boarding”. Biggie did not seem to hesitate and wasn’t frightened at all! Upon pick up he was so excited to see us and was so happy. He napped SO HARD for about a day from all the play! He also got a spa package (we fancy) and he smelled divine and LOOKED like he actually got a groom which we have had issues with at prior places not grooming during a grooming… they said he is such a happy dog and enjoyed playing and his time. During the initial set-up and registration the staff was attentive and very responsive! They answered every question and were very patient! We even got to bring a few items from home to help his stay be easier! I highly recommend and cannot wait to bring Biggie back for daycare/boarding and make this a regular occurrence. It was also SUPER affordable for a normal income home!"

"Taking our pups here is the best thing we have ever done. Our rescue puppy was so scared of everything. It took her about eight times to pass evaluation‘s to play with the other dogs. They worked with her every step of the way and never gave up on her. She loves them and she loves going there. She had a birthday party there today and they made gift bags with her picture and treats for her friends. They go over and beyond to take care of these for babies. I highly recommend a PetSuites Alliance. They treat us and our babies like family."
