Dr. Walter’s has a special connection with animals and you can see it in every interaction she has with her patients. "Dr. Wise and Claudia were so sweet and gentle with our 13 year old beagle, Hunter:) The front desk staff were both very friendly. We felt super comfortable in the clinic. Hunter gets anxiety at Veterinary clinics so we began avoiding the situation and taking him to a vaccination only clinic. "Changing vets after 24 years was hard. The wonderful staff made me & my Bella feel very welcome, comfortable & didn’t judge me for being behind on her yearly visit. Kat was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable & was amazing with my little Bella. The Dr. was wonderful! Listened to my questions and was happy to talk about them. "We are moving to Germany and need USDA certification for our 3 pets to be transported. Parker has done an absolutely outstanding job from our first contact with her. She knew exactly what needed to be done, and when, guiding us through the process seamlessly. When we came in to the clinic for the final checkup she and the Doctor did an excellent job examining our pets and working through the last minute health issues that were detected. All the staff was wonderful with our pets, putting them at ease, especially our Golden Retriever who is usually very shy and skittish at the vet. Overall our experience with Parker and everyone else on staff at Keller Animal Clinic was fantastic and we can't recommend them enough!"
