"Buyer beware. The process to create a company took twice as long as average. There was many excuses for the delay. I paid a whopping convenience fee - the amount of chasing I had to do with Franfund - it would have been easier to do myself. In addition they keep referring me to partners who charge more money as Franfund don’t have the in-house competence I paid for. I offered factual and valid feedback/questions to their VP about what had happened from my experience to try and resolve and was told abruptly by email it was not an open discussion. You get good communication until you make your upfront payment. After that my experience is slow service."
