"Horrible customer service. I called them roughly a week ago to set up an appointment to get my taxes done. Firstly , the girl who answered the phone sounded like she didn’t know what I was taking about. Several times she started talking a some guy explaining what I wanted and I could hear him say “Just tell them to do their taxes themselves.” I let it go and set an appointment for the following tuesday at 5pm. I get there and the office is closed. I tried calling the the line was dead. Would not recommend."

I have to say I will let Liberty Tax do my taxes moving forward! They got me $2500 more vs had I done them myself! I highly recommend them! Carlos Ochoa of course did an amazing job!?!"
