"I had an insurance claim but no receipts for the items stolen; Upon initial consultation with Jon, I advised him of this information as I was unsure if I should pursue my insurance claim. He encouraged me to hire his services. Ultimately my claim was suspended due to no receipts for stolen goods. Jon finally advised me that without receipts there was no benefit to continue to pursue. Had he advised me of this right at the beginning, I needn’t have had to spend the additional money he charged me for ultimately advising me to drop the claim anyways. Emails and my correspondence with Jon and his paralegal was frequently missed as he was unable to coordinate emails from me to his paralegal who quit her job during my time of hiring his services. I’m overall not satisfied with him representing me ; It was more of a disservice."

"I highly recommend Jon's office. I almost gave up on my case after meeting with several other attorneys. Jon helped me resolve my issue in less than two months while the other attorneys said that I had no valid claim. Jon was the only attorney who offered to meet me in person free of charge and asked for the documentations ahead of the meeting, reviewed and printed out the documents for the first meeting.
