"Wondering how I can file a complaint with the pharmacy. At Walgreens I need a number to corporate as I had a awful experience."

"Horrible customer service was what I experienced tonight. I couldn't shop due to a floor cleaner person going up and down several times on each aisle I attempted to find items. When I asked if he could clean another area while I shopped the manager butted in and said "he's just doing his job." I put my items down where I stood and left so he could do his job. I'm glad I did leave because I found better things at a different store. So it worked out for me and the man cleaning."

"Never have common medications in stock at this location. Had to call to find out the status of my prescriptions, after waiting almost 24 hours to get my “prescription ready” notification, to find out one was out of stock - and they told me I would have to call around to find it in order to get it filled. I thought that was their job! And it would have been nice if someone told me that before a whole day went by!"

"Unprofessional I was sent out just to not get my flu shots because they want to eat lunch early. Sad. The front desk were not understanding my side of a consent form and when I told them about shots I don’t need to fill out for the consent form due to my age, I couldn’t get my flu shot due to me ALREADY sending my consent form in. I left work early just to not get my service I needed. CVS is wayyyy better!!! Walgreens, actually listen to your customers for once and they won’t leave but reviews about your store.. wish I could give y’all a zero."

"I have been placed on hold without anyone getting on the phone and they keep picking up and placing me back on hold without anyone saying anything. I was trying to call a prescription for one of my patients but im going to tell the patient about this and have her take her prescription and business somewhere else."
