"I was in a vehicular accident NOT my fault I was rear ended. Called to let them know my insurance totaled it out and that my insurance will be paying them and I also had GAP insurance. This company ruined my credit over non payment when I had to get another vehicle within a week to get back to work. Between GAP and Westlake they weren’t communicating with each other and I had to do all leg work while dealing with a severe concussion, whiplash, sprained ankle and a hairline fracture in my skull on top of everything. This happened in May 2023 and still dealing with this company because they can’t seem to figure out their job as a financial company. I sent in all the paperwork that they needed to both parties. I would not recommend going through this company if you could avoid it."

"Absolute worst company on the planet! Never finance through this company/ not to mention their customer service! I have never called and had so many disrespectful reps. They cut you off before you are even done and then speak to you in the worst way! I have NEVER seen a company that would even allow reps to speak to people as if they are nothing! If you aren’t calling to make a payment good luck! Reps are not knowledgeable and only care about a payment NOTHING else! Would NOT EVER do business with them!"

"After 40 minutes of transfers and holding. I finally got in contact with Marco Ramirez, once I told him what I needed help with he hung up on me. Horrible customer service and knowledge of his job. I will be refinancing my vehicle with a company prepared to do there job. Not to mention the auto pay system does not work what so ever."
