"I started going to St Francis around the beginning of quarantine 2020. My little (big) puppy had weird things going on and I needed him taken good care of! Dr J and the techs were so kind, attentive, and on top of it. The tech called me while I waited and got the details, letting me tell them everything I was worried about. Then J called me and literally diagnosed my dog with me! She went over every test she was considering, and why she did or did not advise each one. She made me feel very involved and in control of my dog's care. This happened each follow up visit as well as the follow up phone calls. Today I took my older dog in for his yearly exam and vaccines, and she was just as attentive and involved! The entire staff and Dr J are so amazing and kind, so involved and thorough while staying highly professional, I will never stop recommending this clinic! Love them and trust them absolutely!"
