"Worst bank ever. Shut down my credit card after paying balance. I pay the balance on my card every month. This time I looked on my mobile app and my card was not there. So I call and they can not give me a reason . All the activities on the card can not be accessed. So I shut down the rest of my account with Bank of America. And it is probably a blessing ! Because it is going to get worse and worse with these institutions as we go forward!"

"Had to deposit a check In person, the teller informed me there would be a hold but provided me with a print out dates my funds would be released. Turns out they are going to go ahead and hold my funds an extra 11 days without reason. Also this location will not answer the phone. I’ve been a boa customer for 14 years and I’m on the verge of closing my accounts simply because of this location."
