"Drive thru is closed and why have a business clients line if it is closed and is not just for business they get regular and make u wait if ur there for business line. Sometimes only one line open super slow always packed because they don’t have enough staff . For the line only for opening accounts and other stuff that requires u to go to an office ."

"Super bad with customer service. They never answer the phone! They usually only have one teller. And to top it off, the teller that assisted me with a cashier's check, withdrew 10k from by error!!!!!!!! In order for them to return me the money I have to wait 5-6 days! Ridiculous!!!"

"bank of america is trash in general, got my account closed for no reason where my money was deposited and now i have to wait till october 30th to receive the check according to a supervisor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL."
