Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Having the app has been such a hassle. Now my fingerprint to get into my account doesn't work they're asking a whole bunch of stuff and they got all kinds of computers answering for you instead of talking to a real person. I need help getting into my account and I'm not kidding Jan 22 .Same thing and no one answers. I am wheelchair bound and getting down is not easy how suggested on phone messages. I need assistance and can't get it. Frustrating. Feb.2 Jesus Christ what a waste of time. No one answers ,the darn app. Is always messing up.Trying tons of passwords and nothing works. Hours of frustration, days of trying. Tried calling again and they don't answer. Why don't they have somebody for the phone. It's such a waste of time. I need to get to business, shower instead of waiting for this bank to answer,fix app. or even care. Can you imagine all this hassle. I didn't believe others until I experienced it. Calling 800 number and no answer either."

"They ask you to call them back & no one answer the phone. I asked a lady who made my account if the first check wasn’t gonna be on hold & here I still waiting for my check to be deposit since it takes them 6 whole days to verify the check. I’ve seen banks that take maybe 3 days but this one takes a whole week to process my mf money. Im a new costumer & im very disappointed that that. Let’s see got is goes with my direct deposit & whats gonna be the excuse."

"It’s weekend, came to get a new PIN number because Bank of America delete mine without my permission, but nobody is here to help, you can’t even get a new PIN number on the ATM or on your phone! Now I can’t get my money out of my card, Bank of America thinks it’s a good idea to not give a damn about their customers on weekends, so if it’s the weekend and you’re having a problem Bank of America it’s gonna tell you “dela with it” they are not gonna answer you, they don’t care."

"They have the worst service. They have only one person working at peak hours when the lines are super long and at drive-thru they have one person handling both personal and Commercial accounts. Don't even get me started at the beginning of the month same issue all around. Someone needs to learn how to schedule appropriately. Having to wait at the bank for 30 minutes to an hour and not even opening an account it's kind of ridiculous. Update: 2 years later, nothings changed. 11/12/22"
