"The Pharmacy Manager at this CVS is the most incompetent person I have ever come across. I first called the Cvs on the phone before I went down there to make sure that they had my correct prescription, and that it was ready for pick up. I went down there to go pick it up and he gave me the wrong prescription. I then told him that this isn’t the correct one that my doctor had prescribed me. He then started to gaslight me and told me that it’s the same exact thing as what the doctor prescribed me. I have been on the same exact pill for 10 years now and anytime that I have differ to a different brand of this pill It never works well with my body and has caused me a lot of problems. So when I tell him again that I only want the brand & type that my doctor prescribed me he just continued to argue with me, telling me that it’s the same exact thing. If you are not my doctor, or a woman who has been on birth control, you have nothing to say about any type of pill or any type of symptom at all. If I say, I don’t want that type of pill and my doctor prescribed me this certain kind you need to give me that kind not some other random kind that I already said no to. I made him take it back and I told him to please transfer my prescription to another CVS or a Walgreens for me so I could pick it up. He then disappeared into the back for like 20 minutes, came back out and told me that I had to call another cvs and have them call him to transfer my prescription. So if you’re looking for a pharmacy to send all your prescriptions to do not send it to this CVS in Target because they are dumber than a bag of rocks & to make matters worse, you can’t even understand them. CVS needs to learn how to not hire people that are above a fifth grade level."
