John E. Smith & Associates

"I hired Mr. Smith to represent me. He was paid 2 fees up front. He seemed very nice, but he did not do what he was paid to do. He said he had some especially hard cases and that he would get to me. He said the first petition they sent to the court had errors and would have to be redone. Meanwhile, Mr. Smith passed away and I cannot find anyone to get my files from or get return of money we paid him to file a petition to throw out of bankruptcy. Anyone know who is handling his office closing? His office legally is to contact all clients and get their files to them."
