"Mr. Smith, as an attorney, is untouchable. Great attitude and very outstanding work done on my misdemeanor case...I was facing 180 days in jail and he got it down to 5! Truly a remarkable individual, thank you Mr. Smith!"
"As many of the other reviews point out, Willis is not only a capable attorney but exudes compassion for his clients. He is prompt with answers and drafting documents and kept me up to date throughout the legal process. His genuine care and concern is what sets him apart from others that I considered. Going through legal matters is stressful enough, and he truly made the weight of the situation much more bearable. He is a truly kind and honest human being."
"If you’re looking for a divorce lawyer, that will have your best interest and help you make this process easier on you during may be the hardest time of your life dealing with all the emotional process and factors that will affect your future, such as support and custody property distribute of a states, assets, money, and debt and south, spousal support, and child, custody and support in the hardships that she may occur in your future. I would not advise having Willis ever Smith as your lawyer. During my process of divorce with him, he came unprepared miss deadlines and had miss guided miss lead and had not won best interest in my case for me or my family or my future. he engaged in misconduct, dishonesty and fraud, and deceit, and miss reputation. He engaged in conduct that is pre-Jishnu to the administration of the justice. It is the lawyers, duty for diligence and Solis advocacy, which I received none he came to court unprepared. He did not call upon my witnesses, and also never was any of my debt or assets were ever even brought up in court, even though I had given him documents. He did not represent me in any way as an attorney should I do not recommend him for any type of defense attorney, or divorce. My key witness that you never called upon was a very good witness for me in my case, because he was the arresting officer of a drug dealer that was manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine, and he would had testified for me in court . You failed to even call upon him and he had said he was in court almost every day and he wanted to testify for me and he would have been there at a drop of a dime I have friends I have family and I have a pastor that would have testified for me you failed to bring in one witness on my behalf you came in there unprepared, and said you did not even know that that was the day for witness testimony what kind of lawyer does that then let’s go back to dead in assets and distributing assets. I was married for 20 years we had lots of assets together not to mention my personal belongings that I still do not have due to your negligence. You never considered my future, or my children’s future in the whole process you violated so many codes of misconduct and deceit, and misrepresentation. Lawyer duty of diligence and zealous advocacy!? Well where was that in my case? When you read this, I would love for you to ask yourself and remember how you handled my case and how each and every time you were unprepared, miss deadlines didn’t call upon witnesses bring in any fax or documents or anything that I had given you. And ask yourself if the same outcome happened to someone you know love and care about maybe your daughter, mother or family friend. Are you happy with your performance? I think not."
"Willis was by far the best attorney i could’ve had during this time. He made sure i understood everything that was going on, the options i had with my case and answered any question i had. this was my first time ever getting involved with the law and he made me feel very safe, notified and heard. during a time where i was anxious and afraid of what was going to happen, he listened to me and ensured me that everything was going to be okay. i highly recommend working with him. by far the best decision i made."
"Mr. Willis Everett Smith handled my divorce extremely quickly and effectively. He was very professional and reassured me throughout the entire process. It is clear in the interactions with him that he genuinely cares about helping his client. I am thankful for his hard work and patience with my case. In less than a year he was able to help me finalize my case. I am very pleased with his work and the outcome. He is clearly very busy and can be tough to get in touch with sometimes but he always replied to my questions quickly and took the time to speak with me. I would definitely recommend his services Thank you for everything sir!"
