"Amy Montgomery and her team have been excellent to work with over the past few months. Her kindness and understanding in personal matters was god sent. She is brilliant and on top of her game. Hands down, she is the woman you want fighting for you and your family."
"Suzanne Loudin started our mediation (September 2023) by first speaking with opposing counsel & my child’s (10 months at the time) father. When Suzanne came into our mediation room, her first sentence was, “well you know these charges are going to get dropped.” 1. Suzanne had never spoken to me about the criminal case (felony assault charges filed on the father). 2. Suzanne decided to set the tone for our mediation as, “I spoke with the person who assaulted you, I believe him, and even though you had the courage to come forward about the assault, no one believes you, and these charges are going to get dropped.” 3. Setting the tone for a mediation like this is the reason why there needs to be reform in the family court system – no one looks out for the safety of the child. The abuser cries “alienation” (which go look up the quack doc Richard Gardner who came up with this theory … that isn’t supported by any professional organization), and the parent who is trying to keep the child safe becomes the one who has to fight with everyone for safety (which I did, and I will always continue to do for my son). 4. Suzanne tried to tell me that the judge was going to order 7 days straight from 9 am to 6 pm of visitation. She tried to pressure me into agreeing to this. I did not. And guess what? That visitation schedule never happened. Not even close. Lying to a mother to agree to an outrageous visitation schedule for a 10-month-old with someone who has over 50 pages of police reports of violence from 2014-2023 is terrifying."
"Mr. Reitzer mediated a very difficult case for me and was the ultimate professional. He was patient and persuasive and everything a good mediator should be. He has jumped to the top of my list of preferred mediators. Can't recommend him highly enough."
"I have lived and worked in Montgomery County for the past ten years. Amy Montgomery has now represented me during my divorce and subsequent modification case. Unfortunately, I have had to learn firsthand how difficult family law can be on affected families. During both cases, I didn't just need an attorney, I needed a Counselor, and that is precisely who Amy Montgomery is. She is tough when she needs to be, she is never unprepared, and is compassionate to no end. As long as I live in Montgomery County, I will not use any other family law counsel. If you have a family law issue in Montgomery County, Amy is the only choice!"
"I can’t even begin to grasp how Suzanne Loudin and her team were able to turn such a dreaded thing (my divorce) into something that gave me great peace through the process. In our first meeting via zoom Suzanne assured me they would talk me through each step and she would fight for the best outcome for me and my children. I was very apprehensive because I had just fired my previous attorney for over promising and under delivering… but Suzanne went above and beyond to Champion our cause and is a true hero. Through Mediation we were actually able to get all the things we needed without even going to trial. I’m grateful it is all over and the divorce is final but most of all I’m grateful she didn’t let it get ugly and she represented me and my heart from day one. Jeanette always answered the phone and made sure I got answers, Audrey stayed on top of everything needed and Suzanne was a consistent Rock Star attorney. Love them all and 100% recommended their firm!! Thanks ladies :)"
