"Horrible experience with the law firm and location. For an entire year my, mother and I sent text, made calls and sent follow up emails asking for a status update regarding my father’s case. For an entire year we got the same response the case is under review with the attorney and you will get a phone call once everything is received. Not once did we ever get a phone call returned nor an email responded to. We never got updates on what was happening nor about any documentation sent over. I called this week asking for an update and again I was told someone would give me a call back still nothing, no communication nor a returned phone call. I then get a notification this week that I had a certified letter from Hastings. I had to leave work early and rush to the post office only to finally get informed that they don’t think they will be successful so therefore they won’t be moving forward. Why not keep our family updated throughout the year so we could’ve taken time to meet with other attorneys who might actually care about our situation. I believe that they never even cared about our case from the beginning. Just sad a whole year of no communication whatsoever just a waste of our time. If there was a way to give zero stars I would and I’m almost certain they’ll have a sassy response to this review."
