"I received Jeanne's name via Hyatt Legal Plans as the company I work for has a benefit for will prep via Hyatt. I live overseas and needed an attorney in Texas, ideally where my address on file is located (Houston). We communicated by phone/email for all communications. I filled out the forms needed to incorporate my details into the three documents needed which were: Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Will & Testament. I had some changes in the wording I preferred and she changed them while also making me aware of any downsides for doing so. I have never had these documents done before so I had many questions and felt she gave me satisfactory responses as I also researched some of this online previously to educate myself. In the end I was not charged anything additional and all costs paid by Hyatt Legal Plans covered the charges for my 3 documents. I notarized them and sent her a copy. I'm satisfied, but hope it is many years before these documents are needed."

"This is a collateral attack on me and my law firm, I assume by the devil. I do not recall speaking to anyone by this name, Coach James. They definitely were never a client. I have been practicing for over 16 years and have had many satisfied clients. Although I try, I cannot satisfy everyone one. Mr. Alexis was very angry when he e-mailed me and was upset when I told him I did not handle the type of case that he had because he had saw on a legal plan website that I handled his type of case, which was incorrect. He called me with a chip on his shoulder. We come across people like this sometimes. Neither one of these persons were ever a client. I am a Christian and I try to do the best that I can to represent Jesus at all times."

"I do agree with the previous reviewer. I will add a "hustler". The definition of a sleazy attorney. My email to her after she con us into giving our Legal Plans case number and sending us a pdf we could get from the Texas gov website. Also be careful when people don't put their face / profile on their website. Just shady. ------------------- You are listed as someone who handles this sorta case on Hyatt. I contacted 3 other law firms with the same message. The other two politely replied they don't handle tenant-landlord cases. By reading my issue and asking for a case number / SSN, the assumption is that you DO handle those cases. I never asked you for legal advice. I shared my case and asked if you can take it. Sending a document I can download from google, saying you don't handle tenant law, then most likely filing with Hyatt that you helped me is awful and only a hustler will do this. I actually just launched my 2nd website for a Law Firm and have a good relationship with lawyers. You are the kind of lawyers who give lawyers a bad name. You have made an unpleasant matter more unpleasant by this experience. A simple, I don't' handle this case', would have sufficed. Your only review online is 1 star. I only saw this afterward. I guess Hyatt don't really vet lawyers or allow other people to give reviews in the network. Clearly, the Google review matches my experience. I am will be adding my review on there as well. I assumed you were a Christian as we are. You sign your emails " May the Lord Bless and Keep You!!!". What Lord do you serve to be dishonest like this? Was the money you got for sending me nothing, worth a bad Google review and would your "Lord" be happy with the hustle you did today??????"
