"Completely bad representatives at this branch. They won’t bother helping you open an account, instead they tell you to go to another GECU 30 minutes away. I guess nobody at the horizon branch wants to work but they would rather get their long nails done. Smh."

"There were 4 unknown payments that where charged from my account that put put me in negative and the bank charged me 2 fee’s because of the exceeded limit I told the lady it wasn’t me who had made those payments she said best I can do is cancel your card and give a new one. But I would still owe that money even tho I didn’t spend it. So someone stole my money and even tho I reported it I was still charged for it .Worst bank ever I’m going to another building to cancel the whole thing."
