Reviews of INNW Institute
"Partnering with INNW has truly been a game-changer. Previously, I struggled to authentically articulate my message, grappling with doubt and imposter syndrome. But since teaming up with INNW, everything has radically transformed. Their ability to cut through the noise and provide clarity in my business is unmatched. INNW didn't just refine my message; they empowered me to fully own it. Their assertive yet supportive approach was precisely what I needed to thrive. Now, I confidently convey my message and seamlessly connect with others in corporate presentations and customer interactions. In just 3 months with INNW, we've not only tripled our investment but also welcomed a surge of new customers. And we know this is only the beginning. I highly recommend INNW for anyone seeking to attract investors or customers in their business journey."
"Before I met INNW, my greatest challenge was distilling my message effectively for my audience and delivering it impactfully. INNW came to my rescue in every possible way! They effortlessly assisted me in crafting my message, and fine-tuning my presentation deck, and Wen's personal support and effective public speaking tips were invaluable. The outcome? A great demo day pitch! I received immediate inbound opportunities, with more on the horizon. Would I recommend INNW? Absolutely! Wen is an extraordinary force, dedicated to her founders' success. Her fearlessness and contagious passion are evident in how she tirelessly supports and empowers her portfolio companies."
"Wen's team tells emotional stories well, but they struggle with analyzing data, business models, and finances. This can be a big issue for a startup pitch. We paid $8500 to hire them, but they mostly made small improvements to our existing pitch decks without really enhancing them. The core problem seems to be their lack of expertise in our field, which limits their ability to truly improve our materials. Apart from weekly online meetings to review the pitch deck, we didn't get much else. Instead, we received a lot of tasks from Wen each week, making us feel like we paid $8500 for a boss rather than a service. It doesn't feel good. Also, the concepts and knowledge Wen shares are things we've already learned from two accelerators, so it doesn't feel new or valuable to us. We got a pitch deck version and design from Wen, but it's just okay. It's far from the top-notch quality we wanted, and it seems like Wen's team isn't eager to put in more effort. We'll have to improve it ourselves and then show it to another mentor from their team. It seems like those we hired prioritize their own time and efforts, seeing us as just another business. If they put in too much effort with us, it seems like it might take too much of their time. During the initial sales phase, Wen asked me if I'd rather save $8500 or risk missing out on a $1 million investment opportunity. However, beyond reconstructing our unsatisfactory pitch deck and creating an emotional story, they didn't offer much more. They eventually provided a list of around 500 investors, which can easily be obtained for $50 on platforms like Fiverr. The content for email outreach was average too. They also didn't provide any soft introductions; if you want those, you'll have to pay more. Wen's team continues to email me through Slack and email, making it feel like they're constantly supervising. They seem to want to prove they're responsible by continually pressuring us, but they're not actually solving our problems. Overall, I'd say the service is average but expensive. --------------------------------- We are a result-oriented client, and I don't care how much time you spend serving me. What matters to me is whether you can provide top-tier service. I can confidently say that the products you offer appear to be, at best, of C- quality in my assessment. There's a lack of sufficient understanding and research in this specific field from your end, no grasp of shifting the industry perspective. Moreover, all the final products delivered to me seem to be essentially reassembled from materials we already possess, with no substantial improvement compared to our previous three versions of the pitch deck. The design quality has even decreased. There's a lack of enthusiasm and ambition on your part to put in the necessary effort to assist this project. You seem to lack the spirit of going above and beyond. This is quite disappointing to me. Additionally, I am not fond of some of your haughty personalities."
"When you create a complex platform that serves multiple industries, it gets very hard to craft a single message that delivers on the promise of what you've built. That was the challenge we faced. Not only did our investor deck suffer but also our general messaging, website, and collateral. At Startup Grind, I witnessed Wen do what she does best and knew we had to engage with her. After our sessions, we not only had a solid deck, but all the other collateral needed for our upcoming launch. Wen has this uncanny ability to pull out the valuable talking points and craft a story, regardless of the industry and market. The process with her and her team was painless, fun, enlightening, and highly beneficial. I can honestly say it was worth every penny."
