New Havana Joe's Cigar Store & Lounge 211 East Rand Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056

"I ended up going here with a few friends last night! Moved to the area in 2020, but always noticed it was closed, but I guess new owners had taken over since then and now it’s open again under new management. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside it’s a smaller lounge but extremely cozy and warm. They have a nice sized walk-in humidor with plenty of selections. We sat out on the patio with the fire pit on, it was a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They came out several times and made sure we had enough wood for the fire pit to stay toasty and comfy out there. They were very professional and knowledgable, and very social and easy to talk with. Parking lot is small, but not a deal breaker from coming back again soon. Like I said fun times, nice and cozy, warm and friendly staff. Just a good smooth smoke and peaceful!! Will definitely go back again real soon!! Thanks"

"Extremely amazing customer service. They let us outside even though it's December and lit us a fire and gave seat cushions and went out and bought more firewood. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. They had a good selection of cigars and nice seats inside. My only complaint would be is the ventilation could have been better, but it was very busy so maybe that's why. We will definitely be back again."

"The only thing I like about this place are the two ladies who are there and let me go into the cigar room with out following me! (Jennifer and another lady) I go into this place always buying 3-4 cigars . I feel uncomfortable when I’m followed into the cigar room! Protocol my rear, if I had a business suit on and white walk free as a bird! When I walk into a business I know what I want and if I want to try something different I ask!! One time I went in and Jennifer said hello and let me be! I had some questions and she recommended some cigars. I understand some people might steal but, I’m old enough to drink , vote and smoke! I will be making my drive to Rocky Patel, from now on! New Havana Joe just lost a customer today! Zero ✨"

"Great selection of cigars. They have something in everyone's price range. No pretentiousness. Friendly staff and plenty of seating indoor and outdoor patio with tv/surround sound. Really enjoy my visits here."
