Excellent herbal selection, candles etc. I must say Peggy has always been extremely helpful with any questions or recommendations needed. Wished i could give more stars. As a long time cigarette and cigar smoker, frequented several shops around you can’t beat this place. Thanks again Peggy for great customer service. You too Erin!"

"I have spent over $70 on 2 separate occasions buying my posh vapes. All 4 of the vapes have been faulty. I bought them went outside and came back in when they didn’t work. They rudely told me all sales are final and I need to contact posh. Now they knowingly continue to sell defective vapes. I have never been to a shop that doesn’t stand behind what they sell. THEY STRAIGHT UP COULD CARE LESS. If you are purchasing vapes STAY CLEAR. I will never step foot in here again they can’t be trusted. (Not to mention they came outside after closing and we’re loudly standing there bashing customers)"

"Funny how my mother and her husband shop here all the time faithfully. Yet two days ago an old white woman who works here told my mother to "Go back to Mexico." "Most of the staff there are usually pretty nice. I can understand having a bad day but that shouldn’t come in the way of professionalism. While I don’t know the lady’s name she did have a pixie cut and she was rude to myself and my friend’s mom. I didn’t even buy any products because I was upset at the words exchanged. Under no circumstance should race ever be a factor. Either staff does diversity training or they need to let go. We don’t have time for racism out here."

"So, went to buy six large Bridgewater candles. After they weren't ringing up for the sale price mentioned in the sign, the employee telephoned her manager, and stated what the problem was in addition to mentioning "I was giving her a hard time". Didn't know expecting to pay what is advertised is wrong.... But anyways, I spoke to the manager too, and she informed me that it only applies to candles located in the center of the candle area. Am I missing something? That's not mentioned on this sign. She wouldn't honor what they advertised. Well. They lost a customer who previously shared how great the candles are. I'll pay the extra from Amazon. They at least charge the price they advertise"
