I signed up for their text promotions so I could get a coupon but the worker told me they don't do coupons at all in store. . when you read their policy on Icing's website it explicitly states that they accept it in store and online. I just don't appreciate the attitude andsomeone being so adamant when they are in the wrong."

"Hello, I came to return a package of earrings two days after purchasing them. I had never worn the earrings, however I did notice that only one of the plastic back ends had fallen off when I got up to the register. I explained that to the cashier lady. She told me that she couldn’t return it because of the store policy. She then went on to say that she would do it this time, but never again. Another employee came up and started giggling. Instead of proceeding with the return, she aggressively repeated the stores policy and rudely asked me if I understood. I told her I heard her the first time and asked her if she was going to proceed with the return or not. She then responded “You know what no I’m not now” Followed by shoving the bag of earrings across the counter. I asked to speak to a manger and she claimed that she was the stores manger. I have been a huge fan of Claire’s since a little girl and I have never had a problem such as this one. This was my first time ever shopping at Icing, and I can say I will never give my business there again. I am utterly appalled that a “manager” would act in such a manor. She was extremely unprofessional and I do not not believe that anyone who acts in such a way should have the position as a Manager."

"the people who work here are so stuck up. They only greet some of the customers and are usually to busy looking at themselves in the mirror instead of helping out the customers. A kid walked out with some stolen items from there and was bragging about it in coffee shop next door and I wasn't shocked since they don't pay attention."
