"My kid loves Claire's we visited this location on a whim she was being such a trooper out in the freezing weather while walking/training my rescue dog. I let her walk in with some cash while I waited outside. She's a shy gal so she was nervous to ask for help counting her money. I watches the associate help her patiently. Seems to me she matched her demeanor. She walked out a few minutes later happy as can be. She said the girl in there was super nice to me and she helped me."

"I went yesterday at 3 PM after calling to make sure they were open and that I didn't need to make an appointment for an ear piercing. The doors were locked and the lights were off, we hung around for 20 minutes and no one ever came back. Additionally there was no sign left on the door. Please be more considerate of other peoples time."

"Took my girls for their first Claire's experience and was very disappointed. The store was about half the size you'd expect and when my 3 year old had to go potty they suggested Starbucks and lost my business. The boutique next door understands the value of keeping patrons inside and has a nice bathroom and children's play area. Go back to the mall Claire's, Burr Ridge doesn't need you if you don't understand customer service."
