"Finally was able to go into this particular branch and get some kind of professional help,bc most of my visit to this location was greeted with wait,for assistance when no one is there but 1 or 2 clients and staff talking loud,speaking in spanish while some people come in from outside an get immediate attention. I've had to wait while the greeter help someone looking at their account while at the greeter counter . I'm a black man the would like to see someone that looks like me sometimes at this. Instead of being over looked most times.... That's why I've started going to other branches...or visit their outside ATM"

"Friendly customer service that will help you figure out how to use the machines. Not your typical bank set up. Not easy to figure out how to get to parking lot. You have to go down a street and turn right and drive past the drive thru around the building to a small parking lot. No access from Parmer Lane."
