"Horrible service!! No one ever answers phone calls. My Mother is a cancer patient there, Due to the incompetence from Dr. Ines Sanchez's staff my mother could not start her Chemotherapy session on time. They kept forgetting, several times, to send the proper information to the insurance company. My mother started getting her chemotherapy almost two months after her stage 4 cancer diagnosis, totally outrageous! Once after my mother started with her Chemotherapy sessions, she developed infections, creating very painful ulcerations throughout her body. We called this clinic, (Dr. Ines Sanchez-Rivera) and it is impossible to reach a living person to answer the telephone. The answering machine states that they will return telephone calls within 24 hours which is a total lie! We been calling for 4 straight days to speak to a Nurse. I strongly believe that Dr. Ines Sanchez and her Staff Must be legally liable for the poor continuum of care they provide. They have cause delays on my mothers cancer treatment, and now my mother is suffering from an infection, and no one from Dr. Sanchez's office is addressing my mother's health needs as a patient. Legal action will be taken."
