"Careless and rude staff. Very short with you and will deny you (even with a referral) all because they don’t like you. People need these medical services as matter of life of death and they just make it unbearable. I can sense the toxic environment even on the phone. Trashy and sad"

"Update: I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions... But in my own opinion, Dr.Shahinian is a wonderful oncologist! We all have our moments who don't.. but all in all, the Dr. DOESN'T GIVE UP ON U HE FIGHTS TO SAVE UR LIFE! we're all a family. I love my family. Everyone is kind to me, so u know... I'm not a very open woman.. I DON'T like to tell my Dr. If I'm feeling off because I hate feeling sick so I tell him I'm fine, which I know he knows me by now... Dr.Shahinian doesn't show emotions, but it doesn't mean he doesn't care... he cares very much, trust me... ik the wait can be long, which @times I gotta reschedule.. you gotta be patient.. my motto, I think ppl need to remedy @ times.. we are patients coming to Dr.Shahinian for help.. he has tons of other patients, so stay humble,patient, and kind.. we have cancer, so that in itself should have changed you to reset ur mindset on life.. show ur Dr some RESPECT"

"For being a cancer facility you would expect more from staff being kind and caring and at least respectful. I do give the doctors the benefit of the doubt for what they’re trying to do and help their patients. But unfortunately the staff is terrible and rude. When asking for simple appointments or questions about paperwork to be faxed or given to you it’s like pulling teeth and on top of that you get a terrible attitude from the staff. It’s sad and unfortunate that majority of the patients all entering this cancer facility are not feeling well or are terribly ill and to have the staff and front desk treat them rudely is unacceptable. I suggest for anyone looking at getting care at this facility please take in mind that the staff has a big intake on how you are treated. Also keep in mind there are other cancer facilities out there that will treat you a lot better."

"Dr. Shahinian and staff work tirelessly to provide the best holistic and patient centered care in town. This is a family practice that truly makes you feel like family. Dr. Shahinian has gone above and beyond to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan as well as answer any questions. Even amidst a worldwide shortage of my chemo medication, Dr. Shahinian and Mrs. S ensured I never missed a treatment. I could not be more grateful for the work of Dr. Shahinian, Mrs. S, chemo nurses, and office staff."

"Would give ZERO stars if allowed. Office staff was helpful but the Dr. is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! As a fellow health care professional, I called from my office with questions in regards to a mutual patient we are treating, to which the office staff transferred my call directly to Dr. Shahinian. The Dr. got on the phone with me, asked me questions to which I could not answer because he literally yelled over me, and proceeded to tell me to "never call there again" and hung up on me, leaving the initial questions I asked unanswered, and leaving me flabbergasted at his lack of respect and common decency for others. How does one provide care to one of HIS patients without being able to have open communication with their Dr.? And how do you explain to the mutual patient that their physician will not communicate or assist in discussing their treatment for their well being, when the patient specifically asks you to communicate with their Dr.? Absolutely disgusted with is attitude, which supersedes any opinion to be had of the quality of care he is said to provide. Would not recommend him to anyone I know, solely based on his character and lack of professional communication skills."
