"Worse dispute customer service EVERRRRR!! I payed for a movie online ticket AT HOME, dropped my card (unknowingly) while in the movie theater to check my daughter in & left. Saw someone used it the following day & immediately called to report it, like in the middle of the night. I’ve been fighting with them since November 14th on $75. Unless I spent the night in the movie theatre, there’s no way I spent $75 the next day there. But because “I used it online at the same merchant”, I’ve been denied my dispute charge. I’ve called 4xs now to reopen the case, spoke with 2 different managers, & I’ve been told that “there is a team of analysts in the back” that determines the outcome. When I ask to speak to someone that makes actual decisions, they literally tell me “this is disputes customer service. The people who actually make that decision, is in the back of the building, & they can’t take any calls”. On my decision letter it states at the bottom that I can call in for the any documents that has helped determine this decision. I’ve requested that information 3xs time. There are NO DOCUMENTS because I didn’t do this charge!! If I wanted to fraudulently make a dispute about a charge, I promise, I would aim higher then $75. I’ve asked for managers to call back, the head of disputes, anyone that makes an actual decision to speak with me, & no one calls. No documented proof with my pin or signature, but someone’s OPINION is determining this decision. If it wasn’t for my entire family using this institution, I would’ve been done left in December. I’ve gone in person which refers me over to the phone agents, which takes me to managers, who apparently sit to far away from the actual dispute department who apparently doesn’t have any phones in that area. I will now call for the 5th time tomorrow. To be told the same thing. And request for the documents that they don’t have. Again. And most likely again. I’ve asked if I could file a complaint against the agent making the decision & I was told “there’s not just one person”. So there’s no way to track your employee who is making bad decisions on how you, a bank, handles people’s money??? Hard to believe!! I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME THAT WILL HELP WITH THIS DISPUTE. NOT SOMEONE WHO “will look into it” or “note it”. An actual person. If you can’t show me the proof this charge is mine, I want my money baaaaaaaack!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"DO NOT bother. I switched institutions and forgot to transfer a bill, which sent me into a negative balance on my checking account here. I transferred money from my new institution to cover the negative balance and they sent it back and slapped me with a NSF fee, making it worse. So thanks for reminding me why I switched..."
