"This is the best UFCU branch there is. I go out of my way to come there. Alex and Aileen are true assets! I met with Aileen to refinance my car. She was so knowledgeable and wonderful to ask questions to. I went back to meet with her specifically because of how helpful she is but because she was busy and I met Alex and he is my go-to. Alex is so helpful, knowledgeable, and fast to work with. He has resolved and assisted me with my questions that usually take two hours for other representatives to figure out in 30 minutes. He has helped me refinance my car, issued me a credit card, change my pin, make large withdrawals, help answer international transaction questions, all of this with a smile, during my lunch, in only 3 trips. I will be back to meet with him to finance a truck. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful service and I don’t say that often."
