"ATM literally never works. My schedule doesn't allow me to get to the branch during business hours, so it doesn't matter how much money I have, I cannot get to it. Very frustrating"
"I’m here at the branch in the Manor decision this morning and had a terrible experience. This institution racially profiled. I when in to make a transaction and potentially open a business account. In the hopes of obtaining cash. The branch manager named “Bonnie” quickly denied me my request stating that “I would close the account before 90 days”. That’s assumption was made before she even knew my name or obtained any information from me. She took one look at me “an African American male of color” and assumed the worst. With that being said. I do not recommend anyone that is looking for a new financial institution to conduct business with independent financial. With a manager that represents any behavior of the sort."
"I had a business account. Everything was fine until one of my business' managers went into the bank to try to do a transaction. Beth, the bank manager, realized that my business manager had a hard time communicating in english and suddenly they started tagging our account arguing that we were doing suspicious transactions. Moreover on top of being discriminated they decided to block our online access without even giving us notice."
"Would not recommend this bank.i checked my account this morning and it was negative do to somebody hacking my card i called the 1800 number o. The back and they said it was nothing they could do go to the bank so i did. I went through the drive-thru wish they were open and they're inside Bank wasn't open so I told to tell her that my account and she asked me for my ID which I gave it to her she stated that I called the number on the back which I did and he told me that he can't do anything about it which I told her as well I also told her that it was my Christmas money and that my buddy haven't taken off and she told me there's nothing I can do about it nor do I not have any money in my account my account is negative nor did she try to do anything or get in contact with anybody else that she could do about it I would not recommend this babe the only reason why I chose because it was in Manor and was closer to my home and I didn't want to drive back and forth to Wells Fargo everyday to put money in my account I would not recommend this bank at all they do not help you"
"My grandmother passed away a week ago and I called the bank to ask about her SS check that hit her account today (11.22), when speaking with Tina, she offered her condolences and told me that SS may take the funds back. I hung up with her and called SS and was informed that the check was for the month prior but if a check is deposited next month, it will need to be returned. By the time I got off the phone with them, Tina had transferred the money out of my grandmothers account without my knowledge nor authorization. When speaking with the regional manager, Beth, all she said was "I guess it could have been handled differently" and offered to send me a policy she had to look for that took 45 min. My grands have banked with this bank for decades and now, I will close all accounts and tell everyone I can what type of people work there. A simple sentence on their policy would have been sufficient as we are not the type of people to not repay debts (as told to Tina as to the reason I noticed the check in the first place). Forget working on customer service, work on being decent human beings. FYI - I have already submitted a claim to SS to get the funds returned - they were very nice and made sure to tell me to NEVER bank with them again. -Shouneille Moore."
