"We hired Stephen Fields 2yrs ago for contraction damages to our home due to the repairs on Ira Lee. We were assured we had a solid case as the construction was still going on. We kept calling and emailing after paying them $5000. I had several foundation evaluations, and pictures taken during and after the damages both inside and out. We couldn’t get Stephen to move forward. He wrote up the court file and had the wrong names. I had to point that out. Needless to say he never bothered to file. All of this was going on while my dad was dying. Finally he said we needed to get another foundation report. Only then did I find out they had dropped the ball. He was suppose to have gotten a vibration report. That was never done. He blamed it all on his legal assistant quitting. I filed a complaint with the Tx Bar Assoc. There was not enough of a solid case against the city due to the lack of the vibration report. We are left with several thousands of dollars damages. We are out of our $5000 we gave Stephen. Do Not Trust or Use this Law firm. We even let Lorre and Linscomb know and we never heard back. I plan on telling everyone they are incompetent attorney’s that stole our money and left us with a huge debt!"

"About two and a half weeks ago I called and asked for help, mentioning that my situation is time-sensitive. I spoke to Daniel, a paralegal who “works” there, and he assured me that it would take only 2 days from the point that I sent him the associated paperwork and evidence to get back to me and tell me whether they could take my case or not. A week passes so I send a follow-up to see if all is okay. He says yes, they’re working on it. I get a few follow up questions that second week and then radio silence. I have emailed 3 separate times and called once in attempt to hear ANYTHING back. The front desk person told me they’d have him contact me. Nothing. Highly unresponsive = Highly unprofessional. Now I stand here having wasted 2+ weeks expecting to work with them. I do not recommend working with these people."
