"Please do not allow the two one stars to deter you. 'Alex Jones' is obviously a fake account because lets be honest, Alex Jones has no interest in a family firm in San Antonio. The man is famous & the poster could've chosen a better fake name. But I guess if you'll fake a profile, you'll fake a comment. I don't know what happened with ram cam. Looks like they may have been a real client but my problem is its one sided. If they weren't satisfied but the business gave their money back (meaning they scammed for free service) then why leave a negative complaint. Maybe they should look inside themself & see why they are so bitter. There are far too many five star reviews for these too BULLIES to be real. Alex Jones & ram cam need to get a life. Their comments are rude and cannot be true of this office. They were very helpful to me. Ms Watts even took time to talk to me on her own personal time and not many lawyers do that. My ex-husband HARRASSED the office and she did not bill for his calls or explaining to me what was happening. I am happy to say my divorce was finalized & my family even used her for an adoption (which went well too). Her prices are fair & her staff is so friendly. I felt like they cared & when youre going through something like a crazy ex (who likes to stalk & track you) it helps to have someone like Attorney Watts protecting your back! Dont pay any attention to the negative review of bitter vindictive people who probably didnt hear what they wanted. It looks like ram cam lied too because the owner responded. I think it is really sad that google lets people hide behind fake names to attack a business with false narratives. ram cam sounds like a bitter woman because they wrote a whole long post complaining. She needs to get real, if it were a divorce she had for this office, I understand why her husband left her. No one wants a bitter person. Thank you Attorney Watts & team for making me feel heard. Don't let a few bitter people change how yall do business. Youre doing the Lord's work & it shows in all the other five stars INCLUDING MINE. Google! Its time for you to take out the trash & stop letting bitter scammers try to get something for free."

"Paid the $300 for the initial consultation decided that they would take me on sound like they cared sound like they knew what they were doing. Went ahead and went with them to come on in June took out a loan to pay them didn’t hear from them till late July I figured those are important cases so that’s probably why it took so long. Finally when I did I hear from them it was just a game plan is what they called. It very vague didn’t really have any real Direction. Just an idea what they were doing. Never got any kind of proof that they did anything at all and what the one thing that they said they did I could’ve done it myself to be completely honest all in all Communication was very vague when I called a few times that I did I was charged $1$$ when they updated me and I answered the phone call I was charged $1$$what they did for me I could’ve done myself and the top it off. I got a refund which I’m grateful for but when I mobile deposit the check it’s was hot , so it bounced, I called the Attorney and informed her she then told me she wasn’t gonna resend me a check because I was lying basically because the check has been cashed so I got through from my bank sent her the proof sent back due to insufficient funds the bank was now pulling the money out of my account week later I received a completely different check. She told me that she was sorry if I could understand that the check had just been written from a wrong account and so I don’t understand how that confusion happened I decided not to post it to the bank and cash it at a bank just to see if it was not bounce again, all in all will never do business with them again, waste of money. This person had my back when they could’ve actually save me money If they had just asked if they could even pursue the case first thru the state Unfortunately, you never know with attorneys, they seem to be good people just wont be going back again"

"Extremely rude, condescending, stuck up, cold, lacks compassion, wouldn’t let me speak. I basically paid $250 for a consultation just to be attacked and given the worst advice and she never followed up like she said she would. The experience was so upsetting, I cried the whole way home. If this woman had any sort of conscience, she would have given me a refund. The other reviews must be fake."
