"This firm went ABOVE and BEYOND with my case! I went to them to simply enforce my visitations to see my son. Long story short, I won sole custody of my son! I will ALWAYS be grateful to Lisa and departed Pacheco. They went to bat for my son who was in a crippling situation. Now he is safe and THRIVING! Thank you Lisa and Partners for actually CARING! They are worth every cent!"
"Deborah was our lawyer and she was extremely helpful in helping us understand and navigate the family court system. Lisa litigated our case and she did an amazing job addressing the court and the judge and getting across what we felt was most important to address about our case. We initially felt as though we were spending more money than we would have liked. Then we saw the difference in representation from the opposing counsel and we were satisfied with how much we spent and the quality of our representation. We are very impressed and thankful and would recommend this firm to anyone going through a custody battle. Though results are really up to the ruling of a judge, we were able to get everything we asked for and more. Even if things had not gone in our favor, I can confidently say that this team did everything in their power to support us and I would still be satisfied with their representation regardless or results. We felt taken care of as clients."
"This office is by far the worst I've ever experienced. The consultation is $250 with an attorney who is retired. The entire consultation she stated my husband had a great case and most definitely could go for full custody and if not 50/50. We hired the office which required a $10,000 retainer only for them to sit on the case and drain the retainer for three months prior to even file for the case to be transferred to Bexar County. Once it was filed, we were instructed we would need to hire another attorney in a different county on top of keeping them and would require and additional $3,500 to keep them on if it were transferred here. His contract stated he was to receive bimonthly statements which he did not. Upon receiving all of them towards the end before we withdrew their office, the retainer was spent on correspondence between the paralegal and the attorney (no idea on what) multiple times for hours upon hours, the paralegal to review my husband's statement, the attorney to review his statement, the attorney to make adjustments, the paralegal to review again, the paralegal emailing for three months with no movement. They completely left my husband in the dark of the process what exactly was needed or what the next steps were and the actions to be taken. DO NOT HIRE THIS OFFICE! And to do this to a service member is a shame."
"My husband and I accompanied our son to Lisa's office to consult with them and we were blown away. Thought they were amazing! Quoted us a price of "a maximum $5,000" from Lisa Vance herself to establish custody documents for our son with regards to his infant daughter. We were handed over to another attorney within the firm, which was fine. However, after being charged at every turn, our mediation agreement cost a total of $17,000. We do have a custody agreement in place that required no more than mediation and was in no way complicated. Completely believe we were deceived and taken advantage of by this firm. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE QUOTE! THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY!"
