"This is the worst FedEx I’ve ever encountered in my life. Two months ago the driver stole my bed claiming to drop it off at a home when I in fact was in an apartment. The drop off photo was zoomed in on the box so you couldn’t see anything. I filed a complaint and no one had the courtesy to give me a call or update. I didn’t get to choose the carrier when I just had my home Internet dropped off and they put undeliverable for reasons I still don’t understand. I work in retail and I manage warehouses I’ve always had a great relationship with mail carriers. This FedEx is ghetto and I do not recommend."

"Trash service. Please dissolve and cause no more misery to anyone, anymore. Unreliable, rude, waste of time, energy, resources, patients, and space. Take just one second to self reflect and you would notice how you miss the mark 100 percent of the time and you should feel guilt beyond measure."

"Don't know how good the FedEx was there, did not even know they did that there because the place is a Walgreens and I only went there to get cash from the ATM. It's one of the locations USAA bank has that allows you ATM services for free if you're their customer. I gave 5 stars because this is not FedEx's doing having me do a review and I don't want them to get a lower rating because of it."

"They immediately say “no room for your package” if it is larger than a small box (saw a 6x10x10 box dropped off earlier when I went to check if they actually exist). Apparently they don’t have proper storage, and large boxes will impede the fire exit (they don’t even put the packages in a properly secure location). They were very polite about it, but they should make it clear online that they are not a legit location, and are really just there for little things. Picture is of the box they refused to take."

"Waited about 10min for help just to be told there was no room to drop off my package and was immediately sent away. Never shown how “full” the holding zone was or told when pickup would come to free up some space. The OnSite area was deserted and extremely messy, so I should’ve expected the same quality of support."
