"When I got onto Social Security to file for myself, a question was asked if I would like to consult with an attorney. Why not. Within minutes, on a Saturday, I got a call. If you are not aggressive, if you aren't comfortable calling the firm to check on the status, don't hire them. They tell you up front, if you want to know the status, you need to call them. My case was difficult with multiple doctors all over Las Vegas. We ended up moving in the middle of filing. Nevada lost my file. Idaho took over. More doctors. First time denial. Two year process with favorable outcome."

"I contracted with this company to help with my disability filing. At first, I thought they would be good because my comprehension in reading is horrible, but they were no help. They give you a portal and during the course of the year I sent several messages asking question, but no one ever responded. I even tried to call but still got no help. So, when I received a letter with a denial from the SSI I was surprised to also receive a letter from them saying they would no longer be handling my case even though there is still an appeal hearing that could be filed. Now I have a new company that is very responsive and have gotten me a hearing date. This company only wants easy money and are not trying to help"

"So I have never in over two years, spoken to an attorney. My emails of dr visits, are sent back saying i had things like an MRI when K clearly stated ultrasound in email. Not the first time either. I have been asked for my primary doctor’s info a few times. Shouldn’t that be in my file. They have NEVER initiated contact w me except for me to sign for them to represent me. When I email them the info, they either wait 4-6 weeks to respond they sent it in or they don’t respond to me at all. I have proof of everything stated here many times over! I don’t trust that they are actually sending my info to Social Security, so I am now doing it myself! Be very careful. This is not over for me. Also, they did my friend’s case too with no contact to him. Yes, I have proof of that as well."
