"I was happy with the service with one exception. My appointment was 9:40 am and I never saw the eye doctor until 10:30 am. There’s no “emergencies” here like are possible at a regular MD. I think this shows lack of respect for my time. I believe if I showed up an hour late, they probably wouldn’t be ok with that."
